The same processing conditions caused by non-woven non-uniform soft and hard causes and the reasons for the formation of uneven thickness of the main reasons are the following:

　　First,the low melting point fiber and conventional fiber blending uneven,the lower part of the higher melting part of the harder,the lower part of the softer;

　　Second,low melting point fiber melt incompletely caused by non-woven soft;

　　Third,the fiber shrinkage rate will form a non-woven non-uniform soft and hard problems.
